Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
On most occasions orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and on next day delivery but dispatch may take longer based on order queue. Orders placed with a value under £30 are not always sent on next day delivery unless requested. Where next day delivery does not apply purchasers will be informed by email.
Privacy & Security
For your security, The Gold Plating Guild use secure URL’s to protect and encrypt your details in all sensitive areas of the site including all payments and your account management areas.
Returns & Replacements
The Gold Plating Guild will only refund goods purchased providing they are returned to us in a perfect and unused condition. When goods are returned that have been correctly supplied by The Gold Plating Guild there will be a 10% handling charge deducted from the item purchase total to cover administration costs but delivery charges will not be refunded. The only exceptions to this are:
1/. When chemicals are purchased whereby refunds will not be given as they cannot then be re-sold.
2/. Where products or services have to be purchased from 3rd party suppliers then refunds cannot be made as Gold Solutions have already covered those costs at the point of order, this includes the following costs:
  • Shipping: Costs attributed to sending package to customer desitination
  • Website: £400.00
  • Page 1 on Google facility: £1000.00
  • Video production: £200.00
Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website, or via email or phone.
Payment Gateway and Privacy Policy
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Viewing Orders
You can view the status of your orders by logging into your account
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by logging in to your account
Damaged Goods Policy
The Gold Plating Guild must be informed in writing (by email) of any damaged goods or items missing within 3 days of receipt
Overseas Orders
Orders received from overseas will not be accepted unless by previous arrangement
Warantees
Any warranties issued by The Gold Plating Guild are subject to any conditions stated when item/s are purchased. Where items are sold with MANUFACTURERS warranty/guarantee, The Gold Plating Guild will act on behalf of the purchaser when dealing with any issues covered by any such warranty or guarantee
Complaints
In the event of dis-satisfied customers The Gold Plating Guild will always try to resolve the matter
Conditions of Sale
Ownership of goods will only pass to the purchaser when full payment has been received
